Hypno Admin Pro Zoom integration

Hypno Admin Pro Zoom integration connects a practitioner's Zoom account so each client booking gets a unique single-use Zoom meeting link. Connect from Dashboard → Booking settings → Connect Zoom. Join links appear in confirmation emails, reminders, and the client booking page. Disconnect from Booking settings or the Zoom App Marketplace.

Overview

Hypno Admin Pro is practice-management software for hypnotherapists and talking-therapy practitioners. The Zoom integration lets a practitioner connect their own Zoom account so that a unique, single-use Zoom meeting is created automatically for each client session they book — rather than reusing one shared personal meeting room.

When a session is booked, the unique join link is included in the client's confirmation email, reminder emails, and secure booking-management page. If the session is rescheduled, the Zoom meeting is updated to the new time; if it iscanceled, the Zoom meeting is deleted.

Adding the app (connecting Zoom)

  1. Sign in to Hypno Admin Pro at hypnoadminpro.com.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Booking settings.
  3. In the Common actions area, click Connect Zoom.
  4. You are redirected to Zoom's secure sign-in and consent screen. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
  5. You are returned to Booking settings, where the button now shows Zoom connected.

Using the app

Once Zoom is connected, no extra steps are needed. Each time you create a booking (from the scheduler, a client's profile, or a client self-booking link), a new Zoom meeting is generated for that specific session and its unique join link is shared with the client automatically. You can tick or untick “include the meeting link” per booking if a particular session is in person.

Removing the app (disconnecting Zoom)

You can remove the integration in either of two ways:

  • From Hypno Admin Pro: go to Dashboard → Booking settings and click Zoom connected to disconnect. This deletes the stored Zoom authorization for your account.
  • From Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps, find Hypno Admin Pro, and click Remove.

When you remove the app from Zoom, Zoom notifies Hypno Admin Pro and we automatically delete your stored Zoom authorization tokens and connection details.

Data we access and store

The integration requests only the permissions needed to create, update, and delete meetings on your behalf. We store your Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens and the meeting ID and join link generated for each booking, in our secure database protected by row-level access controls so each user can only access their own data. We do not access your Zoom recordings, contacts, or chat, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
