Yes. You can keep public booking off and still schedule manually from Calendar or directly from the client area.

The US service runs on AWS in the United States — database (RDS) and file storage (S3). Connections are encrypted in transit and sensitive fields can be encrypted at rest. We maintain Business Associate Agreements with key infrastructure and AI providers where required for HIPAA-aligned practice.
